We don’t charge clients a fee for our services. We get paid an introductory commission from our collaborating banks when the mortgage is signed.
This has two main advantages. The first being that clients save the IVA (21%) compared to if we charged directly. Secondly, it’s extra security for the client as we have to be efficient and professional when we depend on the client being happy with the job we do. There are no strings attached to our services and the client is free to step out of the process with us at any time if he/she so wishes.
